Prof. Sanjoy Kumar Pal
Prof. Sanjoy Kumar Pal is a dynamic academician with over 25 years of rich experience in Teaching, Training, Mentoring, Research & Development, Content Editing, and Academic Administration across India, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. Currently serving as Professor and Head of the Department at Skyline University Nigeria, he brings a wealth of knowledge in Biological Sciences and Allied Health Sciences. His expertise spans teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, developing innovative curricula, supervising dissertations, and publishing extensively with over 80 peer-reviewed research articles and ten book chapters. Renowned for integrating technology-based pedagogy and facilitating interactive learning environments, Prof. Pal has also played a crucial role in institutional development, academic leadership, and student performance management. He has successfully established biology laboratories, served as a Ph.D. thesis examiner, and contributed actively to university events and committees. Acknowledged through numerous awards, he has delivered keynote addresses and acted as a reviewer for reputed journals.
